# Pearson Titles

{% hint style="info" %}
Please note: Pearson has a policy in place and will not deliver content to third party ereader providers that includes **any** embedded or interactive media. This means all audio, external links, video, or interactive content mentioned in a title cannot be accessed directly in VitalSource's ereader. Users may only access these types of content directly in Pearson's digital learning platform.

If users run into this issue with a Pearson title, it is because they deliver the ebooks without the embedded content intentionally. Please contact Pearson support and/or your local Pearson representative to discuss the issue further. Should an instructor need access to the interactive media content within a Pearson title, they will need to order the material to be delivered directly through Pearson's digital learning platform.
