This document evaluates [Unizin Engage](/products/content/unizin-engage.md)'s compliance with the World Wide Web Consortium's [Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 Level AA](http://www.w3.org/wai/wcag20/quickref/) requirements. This report was created by [Level Access](https://www.levelaccess.com/), September 2026.

**Special Note:** This assessment applies to Unizin Engage's bookshelf view. It does not apply to the accessibility of the textbook material itself, nor the embedded VitalSource eReader. For accessibility information on the VitalSource eReader, please visit [accessibility.vitalsource.com](https://accessibility.vitalsource.com/hc/en-us/articles/33186761846039-Bookshelf-Online-Accessibility-Conformance-Report). Please be aware that VitalSource's VPAT report applies to both their bookshelf and eReader tools (referred to as Bookshelf Online), however Unizin only utilizes the eReader tool and embeds it inside the Engage bookshelf view.

Students will use Unizin Engage alongside course content with their preferred assistive technology; course content has first been republished in an accessible manner by publishers, government-funded conversion programs, sharing networks, or disabled student-services organizations.
