Canvas Live Events HTTPS support

• The UDP's Caliper endpoint now supports Canvas' HTTPS method of integrating Live Events.

• The UDP's Caliper endpoint still supports Canvas' AWS SQS method. However, we will transition members off of the SQS-based integration, which is not a cloud-independent method of integrating event data.

• Please visit our documentation site for instructions on how to convert from SQS to HTTPS-based Canvas Live Events.
