Key features

The institutional catalog import was failing to import offers associated with content that already existed in Order Tool. This has now been resolved.

Details

As a result of this bug fix, the institutional catalog import can be used to import publishers, content, and offers associated with an institution's own agreements. Content and offers that already exist in Order Tool will be updated accordingly.
