# Pressbooks Hosting - SP

The information contained in this policy applies to Pressbooks only.

## Pressbooks Premium Support <a href="#pressbookshostingsp-pressbookspremiumsupport" id="pressbookshostingsp-pressbookspremiumsupport"></a>

Unizin partners with [Pressbooks](https://pressbooks.com/) to provide networks to its Member Universities. Pressbooks hosts and supports the service directly. Unizin does not provide any service level assurances beyond those offered by Pressbooks. For Technical and Customer Support, Member Universities may reference Pressbooks' knowledge base [documentation](https://pressbooks.zendesk.com/hc/en-us) or submit a Help Desk ticket [here](https://pressbooks.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).
