Delivers a reordering feature that streamlines the ordering process by enabling Instructors, Course Coordinators, and Program Administrators to reorder for any course where an order was placed for another term.

## Details <a href="#id-20210721ordertool1.19.5reorderingfeature-details" id="id-20210721ordertool1.19.5reorderingfeature-details"></a>

The [reordering feature](/products/content/unizin-order-tool/courses-and-ordering/reordering.md) enables Instructors, Course Coordinators, and Program Administrators to reorder the same materials for a course each term.

Users will see an option to “reorder” for eligible courses and eligible orders. A course is eligible when there exists a previously placed order containing at least one catalog item (as opposed to unfulfilled content requests). An order is eligible when ordering is open for the same course in another term. Courses are matched across terms according to the Course Subject and Course Number.

If an offer does not exist for the previously ordered catalog item, a content request is automatically populated and added to the order. Users may update the order before submitting it in the same way as placing new orders.

## Known Issues

None.
