User Revocation Process
Sponsor team members only may request that a user's access to their Unizin Data Warehouse (UDW) is revoked.
To revoke a user's access, a Sponsor team member must submit a support request by emailing support@unizin.org with the following information:
Username that was provided to the user for access to the UDW
Full name and email address of the user
Any IP ranges or addresses that were associated with the user
