Access Revocation

User Revocation Process

Sponsor team members only may request that a user's access to their Unizin Data Warehouse (UDW) is revoked.

To revoke a user's access, a Sponsor team member must submit a support request by emailing support@unizin.org with the following information:

  • Username that was provided to the user for access to the UDW

  • Full name and email address of the user

  • Any IP ranges or addresses that were associated with the user
