Minor Update - UI Corrections and New Help Resources

Key Features

  • All Help links now point to Unizin Resource Center. This replaces the Zendesk portal which was previously used for tickets and knowledge base articles.

  • Fixed an issue where answered questions displayed no space between the instructor name and the timestamp.

  • Corrected the layout of printed notes. They were previously missing a stylesheet, resulting in poor readability.

  • Fixed a display issue where the note icons were different shapes. They denoted by a circle icon throughout all of Engage now.
