The two bug fixes are outlined below:\
\
**Program Administrators and Course Coordinators could not place an order for sections without teaching assignments.** This issue has been resolved so that sections without teaching assignments are visible in Order Tool for these ordering personas.\
\
**The Final Declined Offers Feed was not being overwritten to BrickFTP.** Once a file was uploaded to BrickFTP, there was a bug preventing this file from being overwritten. This issue has been resolved so that a new file can overwrite an existing file.
