Searching by keyword, title, and author now produces more expected results in the Order Tool.

Searches performed by keyword, title, and author in both the Offer Catalog and the Master Catalog now have stricter criteria enforced. This allows to significantly reduce erroneous and unrelated results. The search results displayed are now more relative to these criteria inputs.
