# Pearson Titles

{% hint style="info" %}
Please note: Pearson has a policy in place and will not deliver content to third party ereader providers that includes **any** embedded or interactive media. This means all audio, external links, video, or interactive content mentioned in a title cannot be accessed directly in RedShelf's ereader. Users may only access these types of content directly in Pearson's digital learning platform.

If users run into this issue with a Pearson title, it is because they deliver the ebooks without the embedded content intentionally. Please contact Pearson support and/or your local Pearson representative to discuss the issue further. Should an instructor need access to the interactive media content within a Pearson title, they will need to order the material to be delivered directly through Pearson's digital learning platform.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://resources.unizin.org/products/content/unizin-engage/ereader-user-guide/pearson-titles.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
