User Revocation Process
Sponsor team members only may request that a user's access to their Unizin Data Warehouse (UDW) is revoked.
To revoke a user's access, a Sponsor team member must submit a Support Ticket with the following information:
- Username that was provided to the user for access to the UDW
- Full name and email address of the user
- Any IP ranges or addresses that were associated with the user
