Order History enables instructors to access a complete history of orders that they have placed for Course sections they're assigned to teach.
The filters enable instructors to quickly find particular orders of interest. Instructors may filter by a set of attributes common to orders, courses, and sections.
Note: The Terms and Campus filters will not appear if Instructors do not have access to multiple terms or campuses. The Course Subject, Course Number, Course Levels, and Instructor Name filters will not appear if only a single Course offering is presented.
In Order Tool, orders are particular to sections of a common Course offering. For Instructors, orders are grouped by the Term & Session in which the Course offering is offered. This grouping enables instructors to quickly locate a particular order based on the Term & Session in which its sections are offered.
Once a particular order is located, order actions enable the Instructor to view, edit, or cancel the order. Note: edit and cancel actions are only available if the Ordering Period for the sections on the order remains open. If the Ordering Period is closed, then these actions are not available.
A link to the Order is always displayed below the Course subject & number in the left-most column of the Order history list view.
